This policy is short because we collect very little.

The plugins

Our plugins make no network connections. No telemetry, no usage analytics, no update checks, no license server. License verification happens locally on your machine. What you do in your sessions is not our business, structurally.

This website

The site uses cookieless, privacy-first analytics: aggregate page counts and referrers with no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no personal profiles. That's why there's no cookie banner: there's nothing to consent to.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; they handle your payment details under their own privacy policy; we never see your card number. From a completed order we receive your email address and order details, which we use to issue your license key and provide support.

License records

We keep a record of issued licenses (your email, the product, the license id, and the order reference) for as long as we support the product, so we can re-send lost keys and honor the license. That record is not shared or sold.

Email list

The announcements list is double opt-in: you sign up, then confirm by email. It's used for release announcements only, and every message has an unsubscribe link. We don't share the list.

Your rights

Want your data shown, corrected, or deleted? Email support@rawsteraudio.com. Note that deleting your license record means we can no longer re-send your key.
