These terms cover your use of this website and your purchases from it. The site and the products are provided by {LEGAL_ENTITY} ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms.
Purchases
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles the payment, applicable VAT and sales tax, and your receipt; their terms of sale apply to the transaction itself. After a successful purchase we deliver a license key to the email address you provided at checkout.
Licenses
Each plugin is licensed, not sold, under its own end-user license agreement (for example, the BonxVerb EULA). In short: a perpetual, per-person license for every machine you personally use. The EULA is the controlling document.
Refunds
14 days from purchase, on request to support@rawsteraudio.com from your purchase address. Refunds are executed by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method.
Demo software
Demo downloads are provided free for evaluation. The demo is the same software as the licensed product and is covered by the same EULA restrictions, except no license is granted for it beyond evaluation use.
Intellectual property
The site, the plugins, and all associated names, designs, sounds, and documentation are the property of {LEGAL_ENTITY} or its licensors. Don't copy, redistribute, or resell them except as the applicable EULA allows.
Disclaimer and liability
The site and downloads are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent the law permits, our total liability arising from the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above changes when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
