Activation

Activation happens entirely inside the plugin, entirely offline. There is no account to create, no server to reach, and nothing to deauthorize later. Your license is a signed key delivered by email; the plugin verifies it locally.

Activate in three steps

  1. Find your key. It arrives by email a few minutes after purchase, from{LICENSE_EMAIL_FROM}. It's a single long line; copy all of it.
  2. Open the plugin in your DAW and click the "Demo Mode"badge in the top corner. A license panel opens.
  3. Paste the key and click Activate. The badge switches to "Licensed to your email" immediately. No restart needed, and the dips are gone for good.

Where the license lives

After activation the plugin writes a small key file to your user application-data folder, so every project and every DAW on that machine picks it up:

  • Windows: %APPDATA%\BonxVerb\license.key
  • macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/BonxVerb/license.key

Future plugins follow the same pattern under their own name. You can back this file up, but you don't need to; pasting the key from your email again always works.

Offline by design

The plugin never connects to the network. Activation, verification, everyday use: all of it works on a machine with no internet at all, including air-gapped studio machines. Nothing phones home, ever.

How many machines?

Every machine you personally use. The license is per person, not per computer. Paste the same key on your desktop, laptop, and studio rig. It's signed to your email address; that's the honor system, stated plainly.

Lost your key?

Email support@rawsteraudio.com from the address you bought with, and we'll re-send it. Keys don't expire.

Troubleshooting

  • "Key not accepted." Make sure you copied the whole line: keys are long and email clients sometimes wrap them. Paste into a plain-text editor first if you're unsure; the key must be one unbroken line.
  • Key works in one plugin but not another. Keys are per product. A BonxVerb key activates BonxVerb only.
  • Reinstalled your OS? Paste the key again from your email. Nothing to deactivate first.
  • Still stuck? Email support. A human reads it.
